Zuppa Toscana Soup Recipe
Zuppa Toscana is an Italian soup with kale, potatoes, and both sausage and bacon. Make your own Tuscan soup at home in less than an hour!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb hot Italian sausage
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed (or Yukon Gold)
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 15 oz cannellini beans, drained
  • 4 cups kale, stems removed and leaves chopped
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream or Half and Half
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
