Ingredients
  • - 350gr rice flour
  • - 50g all-purpose flour
  • - 100g corn starch
  • - 1 tsp. baking powder
  • - 1 tsp. full of turmeric powder
  • - ½ tsp. salt
  • - Pinch of MSG (optional)
  • - Coconut milk
  • - Squid (pork meat, shrimp, mushroom...)
  • - 200g mung beans
  • - ½ tsp. salt
  • - Mung bean sprout / onion
  • - Carrot, white radish, kohlrabi
  • - Herbs of all kinds, lettuce .etc..
  • - Garlic, chili, fish sauce, sugar, lemon juice
