Lasagne are a type of wide, flat pasta, possibly one of the oldest types of pasta. Lasagne, or the singular lasagna, is an Italian dish made of stacked layers of thin flat pasta alternating with fillings such as ragù and other vegetables, cheese, and seasonings and spices such as garlic, oregano and basil.

  • 650g Pasta Lasagna
  • Four Cheese:
  • 100g Provolone
  • 100g Cheddar
  • 150 Parmesan
  • 200g Mozzarella
  • Basil Oil:
  • 40g Fresh Basil
  • 2cloves Garlic
  • to taste Parmesan Cheese
  • 20ml Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • Bolognese Sauce:
  • 400g Ground Beef
  • 800g Canned Tomatoes
  • 1tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1pc Carrot
  • 1pc Onion
  • 75ml Beef Stock
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • Bechamel Sauce:
  • 500ml Milk
  • 50g Butter
  • 50g Flour
  • ¼pc White Onion
  • 1pc Bay Leaf
  • 1pc Cloves if you have
  • to taste Salt and White Pepper
*To prevent foil from sticking, spray it with oil. Or make sure the foil does not touch the bechamel sauce.
*For bechamel sauce, the ratio of flour to butter is 1:1.
*Simmer the bolognese for 30 minutes, to have a thick consistency.
*When cooking your pasta, just follow the given instruction behind the box.
