  • 200 g. Cooked rice
  • 4 cup. Water
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp. Fish sauce
  • ¼ tsp. Ground White pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 10 pcs. Prawn
  • 30 g. Chopped garlic
  • 30 g. Ginger
  • 30 g. Galangal
  • 10 g. Coriander leave
  • 10 g. Spring onion
  • 100 g. Vegetable oil
  1. Chopped Garlic and Galangal and fry on low heat until starting turn color then remove • add crispy garlic and galangal oil for stock • add water and coriander root and bring it too boil • blanch prawn and transfer to cold water to keep it firm.
  2. Use prawn shell for stock (if don't have no problem) • Do not boil prawn shell too long stock will turn black • add cooked rice and seasoning with Salt + soy sauce + fish sauce and rock sugar • add prawn at last one • Done !😋
  3. Before serve on top with coriander leaves and Spring onion + ginger + crispy garlic and galangal oil 😋😋😋
