Swedish Meatballs – Ikea Copycat

Swedish Meatballs - Ikea Copycat
Homemade Swedish meatballs in a delicious creamy brown gravy sauce. I like to serve them over egg noodles, mashed potatoes or even rice. If you like it rich and creamy use half and half or heavy cream instead. Sour cream makes it tangy.
