  • 1 Lb ribeye steak or your choice of steak
  • 1 Tsp fresh cracked peppercorns
  • ½ Tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For creamy mushroom sauce:
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 Oz mushrooms-sliced
  • ½ onion-diced
  • 1 Tsp dried or fresh thyme
  • ¼ Cup low sodium beef broth
  • ¼ Cup white wine or broth
  • ¼ Cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp miso-optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
