So delicious with Korean Braised Andong Chicken
An Dong Chicken Stew (Andong JjimDak Braised Chicken) is very famous in Korea, it's really super delicious.

Ingredients
  • - 1 medium sized sweet potato
  • - 1 medium sized carrot
  • - 2 medium sized potatoes
  • - 1 Tablespoon of Korean powder (If you don't have it, substitute half a spoon of Vietnamese chili powder)
  • - 1 Tablespoon of Korean brown sugar. If you don't have it, replace it with yellow or white sugar
  • - 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • - 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
  • - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • - ½ teaspoon salt
  • - 6 Tablespoons of soy sauce (soy sauce)
  • - 2 tablespoons of corn syrup (if you don't have it, replace it with 1.5 tablespoons of sugar)
  • - A little pepper depending on taste
  • - 50g Korean vermicelli noodles
  • - 500g Chicken (take the chicken thighs and the part near the thighs to eat)
  • - 500ml Water
  • - ½ large onion
  • - 1 green chili
  • - A little boaro onion or green onion
  • - 1 red chili
