SIZZLING BURGER STEAK (FILIPINO STYLE)

Ingredients
  • 720g Ground Beef(120g each patty) Im using a wagyu ground beef.
  • 1pc Carrot
  • 1pc Onion
  • 2bulb Garlic
  • 350-400ml Beef stock or water
  • a bunch of green onions
  • 1can(425g) Mushroom
  • 1:1 Flour and butter(Same measurements when making roux)
  • To taste salt and pepper
Notes
*Reduce the gravy until thick. Reducing means to thicken the sauce and to intensify the flavor.
*If you don't have beef stock, you can use beef cubes.
*I just season the beef with salt and pepper. Because the more simple the seasoning is, the more intense the beefy flavor it gets, In my opinion.
