Feel free to use any kind of seafood combinations you like. Just remember to adjust the cooking time accordingly. Be creative make it what you and your family love. You can add different vegetables instead of just corn and potatoes. Get all the ingredients ready before you start so it will go much quicker. I can get this recipe done in less than 40 minutes including prepping time. I make the sauce while the potatoes and corn is boiling. I have a Cajun shrimp recipe that you must try.
