  • ½-1 Onion-chunks
  • 4-5 Hotdogs-cut into 1-inch pieces
  • For seasoning mixture:
  • 1 Tsp oregano
  • ½ Tsp salt or to taste
  • ½ Tsp black pepper or to taste
  • ½ Tsp smoked paprika
  • Chopped green onions or chives for garnish-optional
  • Ketchup, mustard or hot sauce for serving
