Mediterranean street corn features charred, smoky corn on the cob smothered in a spice-infused yogurt sauce, sprinkled with feta and zaatar.

  • 4 corn on the cob, husk and silk removed
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest from half
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Lebanese Zaatar
  • 1 tsp sumac
