  • - 150g Frozen mango
  • - 200g Low fat natural yogurt
  • - ½ tbsp Runny honey
  • - 4 Cardamom pods
  • - 45ml Milk
  • - Pistachio nuts (to garnish)
  • - Small squeeze of lime
