MANGO ICE CREAM IN A BLENDER - Super Easy - No Eggs & No Machine
This vegan homemade mango ice cream will be an absolute hit this summer. It’s so easy to make using simple ingredients and you don't even need an ice cream maker. Mango is one of my favorite fruits.
Recipe type: Cream
Ingredients
  • 2 Small mangoes or 2 cups frozen mangoes
  • ½ Cup coconut milk or non-dairy milk
  • 3-4 Tbsp honey or other sweeteners
  • 1-2 Tsp lime juice-optional
Notes
- You can use yogurt, milk, half and half, heavy cream or whipping cream instead of coconut milk. You can also use other sweeteners instead of honey.
- Depending on how sweet your mangoes are you might need more or less sweetener. If you’re using mango that’s a little tart you don’t need to add lime juice. Just blend everything together, taste and freeze right away.
