  • 1¼ Cups sugar

  • ½ Cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp agar agar powder
  • ¼ Tsp salt
  • 1-1½ Cups ripe mango-diced
Depending on how sweet the mango is or how sweet you like. You might have to add more or less sugar.
