  • + 25gr Malt (if you don't have it, replace it with corn syrup; if you don't have it anymore, replace it with 10g sugar)
  • + 40g Sugar (depending on pineapple sweetness, increase or decrease)
  • + ¾ teaspoon Cinnamon powder (if you don't have it, add cinnamon sticks, if you don't have it, skip it)
  • - Shell:
  • + 100g Unsalted butter (unsalted butter)
  • + 20g Creamcheese (if you don't have it, replace it with 10g unsalted butter)
  • + 45g Powdered sugar (finely ground sugar)
  • + 1 yolk
  • + 150g All-purpose flour
  • + 20g Custard Powder (lion powder)
