  • - 800gr ground beef or beef
  • - 3 garlic cloves
  • - 40g shallots
  • - Seasonings: fish sauce, seasoning powder, sugar
  • - ⅔ Tbsp. corn starch / tapioca flour / potato starch
  • - 2g baking soda
  • - 50g crush ice water
  • - ⅔ Tbsp. roasted rice
  • - ⅓ tsp. five flavors
  • - ½ Tbsp. soy sauce
  • - Pepper
