How To Make The Blazing Chili Garlicky Mud Crab

How To Make The Blazing Chili Garlicky Mud Crab
Chillie crab is a south East Asian seafood dish. Mud crabs are commonly deep fried coated with cornflour and are then stir-fried in a semi-thick, sweet, spicy and savory tomato-chillie-based sauce. Despite its name, chillie crab is not a very spicy dish. The crab is divine and the sauce is sweet yet savoury, slightly spicy and supremely satisfying.
