How to make soft and delicious orange rolled sponge cake
Instructions on how to make sweet and sour orange sponge cake, delicious and soft, easy to make at home

Ingredients
  • A. Orange slices:
  • 3 oranges
  • 30 grams sugar
  • water
  • B. Sponge cake (Khuôn 25cm x 35 cm)
  • 5 eggs medium sized
  • 15 grams granulated or icing sugar to whip with egg yolks
  • 50 grams orange juice (from 3 oranges in part A)
  • 50 grams oil
  • 38 grams all purpose flour
  • 38 grams corn starch
  • ¼ tsp orange essence flavouring
  • ¾ tsp cream of tartar
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • C. Whipped cream
  • 250 - 300 grams whipping cream - cold
  • 15 - 20 grams sugar to taste
