  • 60ml water
  • 10g shortening
  • ⅛ tsp yellow colouring (Egg yolk yellow)

  • 2 pcs Salted Egg yolk (steamed and smashed)
  • 50g butter
  • 30g icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp custard powder
  • 40g milk powder
  • 20ml milk
