  • - Herbs at all kinds, lettuce, cucumber, pineapple
  • - 250gr white onion
  • - 80gr shallots
  • - 4 stk. green onions
  • - Roasted peanuts
  • - Cooking oil
  • - 450gr carrots, kohlrabi
  • - 1 tsp. salt
  • - 1 tbsp. sugar
  • - Chili, garlic
  • - 2 tbsp. sugar (40gr)
  • - Pinch of salt
  • - 270ml water
  • - 4 tbsp. fish sauce (60ml)
