  • 550 g. Pork tenderloin
  • 150 g. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 160 g. Shallot
  • Vegetable oil
  1. Boil pork until fully cooked And shred as shown
  2. Mix well Shredded pork+Sugar + salt before turn on heat
  3. • after mix turn on to medium heat and fried for 10 mins
  4. • then turn to medium low heat fried 10 mins
  5. • add sliced Shallot and fried more 7-10 to mins on low heat until get color as shown
  6. • strain its
  7. • separated shredded for more crispy
  8. • Done
