  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Chinese Five Spice
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1½ cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • vegetable oil for frying
