  • 1 Medium onion-diced
  • 8 Ounces mushrooms-chopped small
  • 8 Ounces can water chestnuts-chopped small
  • 2 Cloves garlic-minced
  • 2 Green onions-sliced
  • 1 Head butter lettuce
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • For sauce ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp sesame oil
  • ½ Tsp salt or to taste
  • ½ Tsp black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
