Ingredients
  • -1 pound of Pork butt
  • -15 ounce of pork fat
  • -Papaya, Carrot, radish
  • Dipping fish sauce:
  • -3 cup of water
  • -1 tbsp of sugar
  • -2 tbsps of vinegar
  • -5 tbsps of fish sauce
  • -2 tbsps of lime juice
  • Marinate liquid spice:
  • -shallot, cinnamon bar, citrus peels,
  • anis, globes, peppercorn and dark soy sauce
  • Condiment for meat balls:
  • -1 tsp chopped garlic
  • -1 tsp chopped shallot
  • -2 tsps chopped lemongrass
  • -1/4 tsp pepper
  • -1/4 tbsp sesame oil
