Ingredients
  • Meatballs

  • • 200g minced pork
  • • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • • A few dashes of white pepper
  • Soup
  • -----------
  • • 4 cloves of garlic, halved
  • • 4 slices of young ginger
  • • 1L water
  • • 1 Knorr Chicken Cube (No Added MSG)
  • • 120g Chinese dried noodles
  • • 1 salted egg, cut into small pieces
  • • 1 century egg, cut into small pieces
  • • A big bunch of round leaf spinach
  • • 1-2 teaspoons dried wolfberries
  • • 2 eggs
Instructions
  1. Combine the minced pork and all the seasonings in a mixing bowl, then slam the mixture until the minced pork is sticky.
  2. Form into bite-sized meatballs and set aside.
  3. Heat some cooking oil in a wok or a pot over medium heat.
  4. Fry the garlic until slightly brown, then add the sliced ginger and continue to fry until fragrant.
  5. Add water and a Knorr Chicken Cube (No Added MSG), then cover and bring to a boil.
  6. Once the stock has come to a boil, add the meatballs and cook for about 3 minutes.
  7. Next, add the noodles and cook until they start to soften.
  8. Gently stir in the salted egg and century egg.
  9. Add the spinach and eggs, without breaking them, and cook for about a minute before adding the dried wolfberries.
  10. Serve the noodles while they are still hot.
