  • 250g Pork Belly
  • 250 Chicken thigh part
  • 3cloves Garlic
  • 120ml Vinegar
  • 2pcs Bay Leaf
  • 240ml Water
  • 200g Pineapple chunks
  • To taste Salt and Pepper
  • Cooking Oil
  • 3rd Recipe: ADOBO SA GATA
  • 500g Chicken thigh fillet
  • 3cloves Garlic
  • 60ml Vinegar
  • 2pcs Bay Leaf
  • 1cup Water
  • 1cup Coconut Cream
  • 2-5pcs Green Chilies
  • 200g Pineapple Chunks
  • To taste Salt and Pepper
  • Cooking Oil
